Polar Link Trade Inc. – ELYDAS

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, food and perishable items (including olive oil once opened) are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must email us first at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear reason for your request
  • Photos if the product is damaged

Do not send products back until you receive return instructions from us.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address by email.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item was damaged during shipping, you must:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo proof of the damaged product and packaging

Approved shipping-damage claims will receive a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened oil bottles
  • Gift cards

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing time may vary)
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, email:

We will provide the return address by email if your request is approved.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning products, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your package.
