ELYDAS’ story began in 2019, when the founders recognized a major gap in the North American market: a need for authentic, honest, and truly unblended olive oil.
Today, nearly three in four olive oil brands on store shelves are blended with oils from other regions—or even mixed with other types of oils—yet still labeled as Extra Virgin Olive Oil. At ELYDAS, we focus on one mission: every bottle must reflect careful sourcing, precise extraction, and uncompromising quality. We partner with growers who follow traditional cultivation practices, ensuring purity from the grove to the bottle. In our facility, every olive is processed using true cold-press methods, preserving its natural flavor, nutritional integrity, and freshness.
